PROCESSING & FULFILLMENT POLICY
All orders except SC Merch are fulfilled within 2-5 business days regardless of shipping speed selected. SC Merch is printed on demand and is shipped from a third-party printing company within 6-15 days. If there is an urgency, please always feel free to email us at email@example.com to see if we can accommodate expedited processing of your order.
Orders containing preordered items will be held until all items are in stock and ready to ship.
SC has no control over damages & losses that occur in transit, so we recommend selecting UPS or USPS Priority at checkout for up to $100 in insurance coverage. Orders that qualify for free US shipping will be sent via UPS or USPS Priority if the total weight is 1lb or more (larger crystals or 2+ tarot decks would typically meet the weight threshold, for example).
30-DAY RETURN POLICY
SC has a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags (if any), and in its original packaging (the plastic wrap on tarot and oracle decks must be unopened). You’ll also need your order number or email so we can look up your order.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. SC has no control over damages & losses that occur in transit, so we recommend selecting UPS or USPS Priority at checkout for up to $100 in insurance coverage.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items:
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If there are any issues, please always email us at firstname.lastname@example.org asap so we can make things right.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY
Sage Centauress ships within the United States and to most countries. Sage Centauress is not responsible for any additional customs charges when shipping internationally.
Free shipping doesn't apply for international shipments and there shall be no exchanges on international orders. All items are shipped after 2-5 business days of processing time no matter which shipping speed is selected. All prices on the site are in US dollars, unless otherwise stated. Your credit card company will bill you with your local currency at the current exchange rate.
When ordering outside of United States of America, the recipient is responsible for assuring the product can be legally imported to the destination country.
The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are imposed once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient. Sage Centauress has no control over these charges, nor can SC predict what they may be.
Customs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable: so a shipment that is refused because of unexpected import fees, the cost of the original shipping and any return shipping charges will not be refunded. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
To avoid a delay in receiving your order from customs, we strongly suggest:
Providing a phone number where you can be reached by customs when your product arrives. This phone number will be listed on the commercial invoice so customs can reach you to clear your order.Please do not refuse a shipment or ignore requests from carriers regarding duty and/or tax liability charges. Be aware that most carriers will hold a shipment for 5 days after arrival in your country before they return it to the sender.
We do not refund original shipping charges for goods that are refused for delivery at customs.
